Invoicing: All questions in the FAQ

Presentation of Invoicing for sales to cars dealers and all related matters.


I have not received an invoice for my vehicle.

Your invoice is sent to you by e-mail the day your vehicle leaves our stockyard.

Is the invoice date the same as the order date ?

No, the invoice date is the vehicle collection date.

I have the car but I did not received the documents.

The registration document is sent to you the day after your car get out from our stockyard, provided that the vehicle is paid for.


Pay a vehicle "On stockyard"

On your order form, at the top right and in red, if it is written "Sur Parc", Criel or Cahors, then your vehicle is ready to be delivered.
So you can make your payment and your delivery will be scheduled upon receipt of your payment (Carrier or customer).

Pay a vehicle "Out of stockyard"

On your order form, at the top right and in red, if it says "Hors Parc", then your vehicle is not yet physically on one of our parks.
We will therefore send you an e-mail the day we receive your vehicle in our fleet.
It is from this moment that you can make your payment.
